do project 365

Ive decided to start easy as my holidays have as well and i found i had nothing to do today, i dont really like the first photo to much but i thought to myself that i wont like a lot of them so it doesnt really matter if the first one isnt a favorite.

This is too hard right now to deal with. I am not the infraganti photographer type of just pulling out my camera in front of everyone. I don’t know how photographers do it. So I am putting off this goal for now.

Ive done this challenge before and well i was a little disappointed by it. I think i could of got more creative with the photos i took instead of focusing on whether i looked good or not shakes head

So as of Next monday – because i have exams this week i will start this challenge and hopefully be happy with my results next year.

This time my face doesnt have to be completely seen, i will have to be in the photo but you dont have to see all of me. I think this way its more fun and this way if im having an off day i dont have to remind myself of it the next time i see the photo.

On May Day. Trying to have this be a bit more realistic and closer to who I really am, whereas the other one was a bit fake in some regards (I guess posing for a self-picture every day is slightly artificial anyways). Let’s see.

i have 82 photos now. i’m really glad i’m doing this just because it makes me take more pictures in general. i’m not sure that the finished product will be a year-long snapshot of my life, exactly, but it’ll be an impressive collection nonetheless.

I plan on doing two versions of this; one set of self-portraits and one set of general photos. Just waiting on my D80 and 50mm lens to get in before I get started.

Partly with problems on the mom front, as stated here.

Hopefully got it together today, and will be continuing it from now on. Trying not to beat myself for it. I always tend to start things and, when I mess it up, I abandon it. So this is a way for me to stick with it, get over my overly perfectionist self, and realize that mistakes do not tar everything.
