The best description I’ve heard yet, from a woman in central Wisconsin, is that the process is messy and putzy, but well worth it.
I agree. After six weeks, my cat’s feeding tube has been removed, and he is well on his way to being the healthy, mischievous, demanding king of the household he was before he became anorexic.
I’ll know I’ve achieved this goal when I can leave him the same food the other two cats in the household get, and not worry who is eating what anymore!
