from being a normal weight.
im 5’4 and 138 pounds
i eat pretty healthy
im good at walking and swimming. but i havent don it in a while.
all this just helps maintain my weight
but i need some change to help me loose weight
I’m 5’2 and 136 lbs. I want to lose 16 pounds so I can get back down to 120. I’ll be turning 16 in a week though and am TRYING to find a job so it’s kind of hard to buy the right food because I somewhat dependent on my mother for the foodage but she said she would buy the right foods if it’s not outrageous. I have no idea where to start though I don’t want to go on like nutrisystem or anything like that I would like to just do it from home. If anyone could help that would be great. I am very active, I dance almost everyday of the week competitvely and play volleyball in the fall. My screenname is MuffinxCakezz @ aim . com if you have any help.

I am 140lbs now and at 5’3. I would like to lose 20 pounds.
Started a diet of
lemon in the morning, fruits and herbal tea.
Salad with beans and fish for lunch.
Low fat milk or yoghurt for tea around 3pm.
Vegetable soup with no fat added at dinner.
I walk for an hour in the morning. Will keep you posted.

any set of goals for this – and no surprise had been making no progress. Thanks again to Deni – I heard about SparkPeople from one of her posts. I love the site and I’m working on 3 small daily actions for my 2 week fast start – eating a high fiber/ high protein breakfast, taking a walk, journaling.
I’ve got a good focus now and a very positive attitude. :D

2- fruit/yogart parfait
6 tonight sushi . try something new but healthy : )

Im not fat,but I would like to lose around 16 pounds (a stone in the uk)i am now 9 stone (144 pounds)
...haven’t done this even though MUCH time has passed. Bad-me! But now that I know I will be wearing a wedding dress this coming year, I’m vowing to get back on track!
