do a suspension

Alright, so, talked to the girls who are going to hook me up.

It’s tough with people’s crazy schedules right now, but it looks like I’ll be doing this in the next 2 weeks.

4 in my stomach, 2 in my chest.

It’s gunna be insane.

So, my buddy just moved in with Pure Cirkus.

Looks like I’ll be doing this the next time they have a suspension party.

i just really want to try this.

I’ve wanted to experience this for a while, but I’m not sure what kind of options I have considering my tattoo takes up my whole left shoulderblade and then some.

There isn’t much I have to say about this thing. I just want to do it. I’ve wanted to do it for a long time. The only problem is that I don’t know—how. Who do you ask? Where do you go?

Suspensions are different from skydiving, bungee jumping, tattoos and tax returns…. no heading in the yellow pages, you know?

Can anyone offer me guidance?

My close friend who does suspensions and piercings is supposed to come out out around thanksgiving and has offered that he will put me up. If it gets to come out, It’s done, I will be going up around thanksgiving. My first is just going to be a suicide and if I like it(Which I will more than likely) than I’ll more than likely trying a Lotus next.

I Cant Wait!!!

I first talked about doing this about 3 years ago and I just now found someone experienced and willing to do it for me at a time when I have the money. I’ve given myself 2 months to prepare myself for it, with a warm up on July 13th. It’s going to be excellent.

I got reinspired when I met Kali and Shannon, the couple who got married suspended in the desert this year…they live next door to a friend I had been hanging out with a lot, Josh, who’s also been suspended a bunch, and even helped start CORE in Houston…

I contacted people I’ve spoken to before through IAM BME just tonight. The weather has been holding well, so we’ll see how things go… This is one of my biggest goals, and I am getting excited with the prospect of actually getting this goal accomplished this year…

The fact that I’m actually really close friends with some people who have spent years doing suspensions…and I still haven’t gone up…
I don’t have any idea how long it’s going to take me to complete this goal…nor do I want to be pushy in accomplishing it…but I fucking want it, damnit.
