Finally slowing down

Wow.. It’s been awhile since I’ve been on this site. It really saddens me to know that I added this goal well over a year ago and I just failed to actually try. I finally have slowed down. It was real bad, I was going to Starbucks or Big Foot Java about 5-6 days a week. $5 a pop and about 450-550 calories each – YIKES! I now only get coffee once a week, which still isn’t good, but hey.. it’s an improvement! I won’t mark this as done until the cravings finally go away and I can resist the temptation.
