Always had mixed feelings about this.
On the one hand it can be a collosal waste of time. On the other its a great way to make music less lonely, fun and even profitable. :-)

I guess I was using this goal and others like it to make contacts. Hasn’t really happened. Myspace seems better for that.
Anyway, a buddy and I are rehearsing again after a gap of a few years. Kinda need a percussionist but can manage without.
It’s good to have an act again. :-)

Being a musician and getting older

I was in a band for over 10 years – a profesional musician infact. Since then I’ve built another career but I miss it so much. I still write and play but I miss performing and would love to play guitar in a band again. The longer you are away, the harder it gets.
