so theres been no progress lately, but i hope i can overcome it when i start jogging in the evenings and cycling instead of going by bus.

i dont think i will be able to keep this pace, but its cool, it makes me motivated to keep on working out and eating reasonably (not too much, and only both healthy and delicious stuff).
i like spark people, tracking my nutrition has been very helpful.
