I really enjoy the Ashtanga practice, but have little time to attend a class. I have several books and DVDS, but I never know if I’m getting it quite right. Anyone out there with similar circumstances and, if so, what do you do?

I have been practising for about 5 months now, its amazing. It has made a real difference to my life. Long may it last! I think everyone should do it – the world would be a nicer place.
I’d been doing this on a daily basis for almost a year and then got sidetracked… I’d like to get back to a daily practice (except Saturdays and moon days, of course)... :)
Well, I’ve been doing Vinyasa yoga once a week in a class, and this past week the instructor let us try Ashtanga yoga for the day. It was much more intense, and thoroughly enjoyable. It was nice to take my practice to another level for a day, and I’m hoping that she with throw it in there again sometime. I am definitely going to explore it further. I want to perfect the Ear Press!!!!

I have practiced different forms of yoga and this style briefly before the cost of the classes became astronomical. I am beginning a practice at home (and I have all of the gear) so if anyone has any recommendations, I would be happy to receive them.
