It’s not gone yet, but it’s definitely smaller than it has been in a very long time. My secret was just changing how I eat (as in eating much less) and getting a lot more low-impact exercise.
Went shopping on Monday, and much to my surprise… my pants size is one size smaller than it used to be. Guess all of those situps are paying off!
I love being able to wear a two-piece again…does a lot for your self confidence!
I am about 5’4 weigh about 142. Honestly its mostly muscle. I do about 1000 crunches a night and at leat 100 sit ups a day and it wont go down. I dont know what to do. I got a bulge and it really brings me down. Any advice?
I was doing pilates for a while (which I strongly recomend….it’s the best belly flattening/toning workout) but I stopped. I am broke so I can afford a trainer. When I was dong pilates I felt great! Not only did I slim down and tone up but my self esteem was way higher which made me look at myself better. I don’t know what to do now that I lack a pilates trainer!
Now it’s not. Grr. And I’m ALWAYS hungry ( although as of late not always eating, no money). And it drives me mad. I want my flat belly back.
