I’m at 27.5 :) one and a haf more inch!
How I did it: Through calorie restriction, took about one month... didnt do it very healthy though, but then again wanting to lose weight fast generally isnt done that way. Exercise just made it bigger by adding muscle to my waist haha. Lost about a stone over all, found that drinking one and a half liters of water stops bloating and drinking green tea helps metabolize fat aparently.
Lessons & tips: Dont waste time on sit-ups, not quick enough results

Well I didn’t go up, that’s a good thing, but still have to get rid off 2 extra inches, help!

It’s been 4 months since the last time I checked my waist, I’m afraid that instead of going down I went up in inches. :( I will be measuring tonight.
So to speed up the process, I oirdered Hip Hop Abs, much recommended by fellow waist-whiddlers. It should be here shortly! And then I’ll be hip hopping AND ab-ing.
I went to the ab class at my gym last night and I think I need to become a regular. It’s so much more motivating to have other people in the class and a real instructor calling out the moves. My abs are sore, but I’m well on my way to that little waist.

I started with 30” and now I’m at 28”, now let’s strike for the 26”!!!
