redecorate my family room

I spent the weekend painting, listed my old entrtainemnt center on craigslist and all I have to do now is put it all back together!

I picked a paint color in the orange family. :)

Yeah- I’m getting ready to paint- I got a BARGAIN on Craigslist- A $20 entertainment center!!!!!

I have so many wonderful pictures of Elaina’s kids…I want to give her a cd so she can enjoy them.

My dear mom is visitng us at present and we will probably wait for her to head back to California. My brother took the “popcorn” off of my mom’s spare bedroom (my old room) with a garden hose! But it does looks great. He said I might want to use a new garden sprayer filled with water to moisten the acoustical ceiling and then scrape away the decades. Prep day is June 30and July 1, 2007. Start day is July 2. Hope to finish by July 3. After that, next project would be to redo fireplace with travertine or paint the fireplace brick. July 6th. Still in discussions with DH.
