Nutrition II
Can’t seem to do that very special diet right now, but I’m trying to cut down on grains at least. In any case, taking up my food diary again showed me that I’ve had way too little of a couple of important nutrients. So now I got pumpkin and sunflower seeds, flaxseed oil and a Vitamin D supplement, and I’m monitoring my nutrient intake and energy level on fitday.com.

I think I was most energetic while on the Specific Carbohydrate Diet last summer. Simple sugars seem to make me tired and mess up my digestion. Starch is boring and useless anyway. I’ll try and stick to that diet again.

Lately I’ve adopted this nasty habit of staying up to 6 in the morning and waking up at like 5p.m. I can’t seem 2 get up and go anywhere and my uni studies are really suffering. Even when I’m up I don’t really do much work. I mostly spend the night’s up on my laptop. I can feel myself getting lazier and lazier and I hate it. I need to be more energetic and I’m gonna start TODAY!!!

My lack of energy has only become a problem in the last few months. I get sleepy easily, and even when I’m not sleepy I’m terribly lazy.
I figure the best way to do this is to try to adapt normal sleeping patterns (as opposed to the occasions where I have spent over 40 consecutive hours awake) and eat a bit healthier.
If I can get a good 8 hours each night and for heaven’s sake pick up a piece of fruit I should be OK to do this.

I really want to become much more energetic! All these years I was accused of being lazy.
I usually need 10 or more hours of sleep a day yet still feeling need a nap. and unless something really attracts me, which is rare, I usually feel hard to be energetic.
I do a few hours sports everyday, but that doesn’t help a lot.
Maybe it’s just kind of blood type or in the gene ?Any other have the same feeling?
