Back in the pool and LOVING it! — 3 days ago
I’ve finally started swimming again and I’m surprised I ever stopped – maybe because it wasn’t a regular event before. I’ve gone swimming three times in recent weeks, the first two times I did 60 lengths (1.5kms) and yesterday I did 100 lengths (2.5kms). I’m planning to build up a routine/program in which I go to the gym twice a week, swim once a week and run 2-3 times a week. I also intend to have a few swimming lessons to improve my stroke and speed.
