    i’ve been eating healthy practically every day. i just need to have a better breakfast cause sometimes i just forget to have it and be careful with what i eat at weekends cause i usually do the opposite and eat a lot of junk.

    i’m eating a lot more healthy things now but i’m still not quite there. i need to have dinner, i can’t skip that meal. proper dinners and proper breakfasts. since i work til 10pm i’m gonna try to buy organic sandwiches to eat at work for dinner.

    i'm starting 4 months ago

    little by little but i’m starting. i’m eating more fruit now, taking them to eat at work, i’m having breakfast now, with more fruits. i just have to remember myself to have dinner at work since i work til 10pm.

    the key for my body challenge 6 months ago

    this is not that easy since i spend 10 hours at work. the biggest problem is that i don’t eat at work cause there’s no healthy food close to the building. i must think about what could i do so i won’t stay that much time without eating.



    making in easier 20 months ago

    so last week I pre-chopped a whole lot of onions and parsley and put them in the fridge; today it was much easier to cook plus my hands don’t smell like onions (like they do otherwise when I cut onions before cooking); shopping lists have been a blessing – I am finding it much much easier to throw things together when I have the ingredients in the fridge! I am slowly slowly getting there…:)
