Go horse riding

An hour ride at Willow Lodge on a horse called Pegasus. Funny I had a dream last night about a flying horse except he was dangling from a helicopter – bizarre!
We did some trotting and cantering – it was great. I would like to get some riding gear – gloves, boots etc.

Whoo hoo! Twice in one year – that’s pretty good for me! I want to make it a more often occurence. I think Mandy would come with me one time too. I know Max would but she would need someone to babysit Belle.
We’re doing a one hour ride this morning… got to get ready and leave in half an hour.

Lauren invited me to go along with her and a friend at the end of the month for a 2 hour trail ride. Yay!

lower priority, but still on the cards. Went to the Isle of Skye last summer and got to ride on the beach for a day..amazing. Now I have a friend who rides and has her own horses, so I think I need to ask her and see if she will let me ride…just finding that old thing called time!

I have ridden all my life; My family have always bred horses, race horses; thoroughbreds; Irish drafts and 3/4 bred eventers. I was a member of Killultagh Old Rock and Chichester Harriers Pony club and Hunt.
Since my daughter was born, riding has taken a back seat but I plan to get back in the saddle very soon.
I love to hack out, but the roads are so busy nowadays it spoils the fun. It would be good to take part in endurance events, I just want to have fun and connect with my horse. Its a special relationship between horse and rider and that is what I miss most. This photo is of a Riding safari in south africa.

i did horse riding as a sport for 3 years when i was in primary school but i quit. I havent ridden in about 5 years. Jumping was fun.

once i have enough money i plan to do a course at the film studio, probably after christmas. in the meantime, need to get fit, swim, run, make contacts, and do more work in film and tv.

Worst horse riding experience ever. 2 hour horse ride, on a horse that was brain dead, kicked any horse that went behind it (try that for an hour). The intrusctors who assigned me this nag did not even ask whether I wanted a horse who WOULD canter, so gave me one that DIDN’T. On top of that I got the last horse, while my boyfriend was given the lead horse, all the other couples got horses that were friendly towards one another. WORST HORSE RIDING EXPERIENCE EVER.
