I think knowing I have no one else to rely on for this, makes it that much more important, and motivates me to do it. It’ll only save me energy and my health in the long run.
Have reinstated a few routines with the girls. And I’ve been making sure “sink is shined”, and toys are picked up.
Would like to get to the point where we’re making a dent into unpacking the last few boxes. And I have to figure out a way to organize the kid’s art supplies and art, so that it’s easier to upkeep. It all goes to pot very easily now, within seconds, and it then takes days to recover…need a system for this.

to this point I need to revise our old routinesand zones for our new lives (since we moved and the kids are older and can do more).
Have set up routines for them—written and with drawings. They love routines, don’t know why it took me so long to draw these out. And the FlyLady site has some wonderful ideas from users on how to fly with preschoolers and school-age children.

But I’ve been doing them.
On Friday I did a purse rescue.
On Saturday I did a more than 27 thing fling.
Yesterday I did a car rescue.

Oddly, found several things to chuck in spite of the fact I just did this a week ago. Turns out my Motrin expired over a year ago. Maybe this is one thing I shouldn’t buy in bulk, considering that I only take it once a month…
