I have a healthy BMI, but I want to feel better about my body and not be so self conscious about how I look. Ever since I started working, it’s just work, school, work, school, so I haven’t had anytime to exercise at all.

im tired of complaining about my body, yet not doing anything about it. I am 150ish and almost 5’5.. Im not severely overweight, but I don’t want to get any bigger. I want to get smaller. Not sickly smaller, but like 15 pounds smaller. I figured I should start little though with 5 pounds. I don’t know how I am even going to do this or how long it’s going to take, but hopefully I do something effective for once. What does everyone else have in mind for losing this weight?
Or at least every woman. I’ve already lost about this much but still have more to go. Is it really OK to be obsessed (or kinda obsessed) about weight when your BMI is in the healthy range?
