improve my house

I added these little, black square and linear shelves above my TV in between my afermentioned DVD Holders and they look fabulous! I am SO pleased with them and I love how they add to my house’s personality. I smile everytime I see them. I wish I could find my camera’s USB cord so I could post some actual pics up here :)

This is kinda an improvement in my house. My stationary bike broke, a part of it, about 2 years ago and I am Macgyvering the crap out of it and it will work and will no longer be a dust collecter! I consider this a home improvement since it’s a part of my house that takes up space. PLUS, it will go with my lose weight goal. SO, if it works, then you will see it over in that goal. Woo hoo!

I installed 2 DVD holders on my wall from IKEA. VERY easy and they look great. I love them! Now I need a petty picture to put in between then because it looks very empty!

SIDEBAR- My cousin fixed her garage door at her house all by herself! She is a super chick and she rocks. Way to go girl! Talk about improvement.

I love doing things to my house to make it more of a reflection of who I am and what’s important to me. I hung a lot of pics and rotated some things around and did a little yard work too. My yard is HUGE and rocky and I hate it but whatcha gonna do? I always seem to be a on a high after fixing things and cleaning.
