drink apple cider vinegar everyday

...i tried this for about a week. But i just couldn’t get used to the taste – its not very nice first thing in the morning let alone any time of day.

Im not giving up on this entirely.. just letting it go from my list at the moment as its not really a priority. I am definitely open to trying again sometime!

We bought a bottle tonight and will start first thing in the morning. I like the de-toxifying aspect and the fact that it aids in healing skin problems.

I’ll trial this for three weeks and see how it goes!

Upon rising, I ingest 30mls of ACV diluted with water. I’ve been doing this religiously for the past six months. Definitely worth doing due to the myriad of health and skin benefits.

Make sure the vinegar you’re consuming contains ‘the mother’ or you won’t experience any of the benefits.

Cause it’ll make you skinny

and no matter how much i tried, i couldn’t do it! So now i have a huge bottle sitting in my kitchen doing nothing. Maybe i’ll try again one day but for now, i give up.

to drink this stuff but its kinda gross

I am currently drinking some ACV. Have made it up with hot water and tsp of honey. burns a little to drink it and its quite an odd taste, but hell i’m going to give it a try in an attempt to help my digestion… apparantly ACV cures it (and everything else in the world ha).

Well, I didn’t feel any difference at all…perhaps I should take it a little longer, I don’t know.

It’s not as sour as I thought it’d be…I liked the taste, it’s refreshing!
Oh, but I prefer it with some cubs of ice ;)

Read somewhere it’s great with hot water too, like a tea…gotta try it soon.
