i’m trying it right now!
How to try veganism
How I did it: I gave up all animal products for lent. Before I started I listened to the podcasts on compassionatecooks.com - I highly recommend. It really wasn't as difficult as I have heard. I did not crave meat or dairy, and I did not have a hard time finding food to eat or make. I am not going to continue being vegan, but I am definitely going to eat less animal products.

I’ve been a vegetarian for years and recently I tried veganism for a week. I found it quite tough to find food that had no dairy in it but I did feel great while I was doing it. I only did it for a week to prove to myself that I could, but may try it again for a longer period one day.
It’s an adjustment and a learning curve but you’ll find that the food is delicious and healthy and, best of all, cruelty-free. There’s so much more to eat than we realize. I’d love to help anyone move toward this goal. Just email me.

I’ve successfully weaned myself off milk and am onto soya milk exclusively now. Cheese is my next victim.
Been a vegetarian since I was 9. 29 now and maybe it’s time to try giving it all up. I love cheese but cannot stand thinking about how it is made.
