has gained too much weight in the last 2 years – BUT – did quit smoking – BUT – then became sick and stressed, fell out of habit. NEED this in my life – will talk more about it when I get into it….tomorrow. 8 years ago

In my twenties and early thirties I exercized regularly and felt great. It wasn’t any kind of challenge either, I just did it. Got sick fell out of the habit. 8 years ago

Recently I have gotten back into the habit but inconsistently. Still, I feel better. When I’m back into routine, I’ll write about reaching this goal. 8 years ago
