Started running about three weeks ago. I don’t run in the morning – I’m not crazy. I don’t run mid-day – I’m not a masochist. I run in the evening, during sunset, with a water view. I already feel better mentally and physically. I love it.
I’m planning to run my first 5K at the end of the month, followed by a three-week cleanse. This is entirely new territory, and I’m totally digging it. 5 months ago
