I want to be a Leed Acreddited professional as i am a HVAC Design engineer, i think being leed certified would bring me both indepth knowledge & exposure to industry.
How to become LEED certified
How I did it:
Lessons & tips: I'm a visual learner, so flash cards really work for me.
The practice exams that I did online were also invaluable.
Resources: The USGBC website has lots of useful info that isn't in the reference handbook.

Well…after spending the last couple hours on the gbci website, I think I know what I need to do. Its seems the system is changing at the moment and the LEED AP BD+C exam is not even available until September 2009. Since I have never professionally worked on a LEED project this goal is a little out of my reach at the moment, as I’m ineligible to even apply. I have thought about going for the LEED Green Associate credential, but I think I’ll wait out for the opportunity to work on a LEED building and study for the exam in the meantime.

I signed up for the exam 3 months ago, but somehow didn’t really start studying until 3 weeks before the exam!! But I’m feeling ok about it – the practice exams that I’ve been doing are going ok and helping me pin point what to focus on. So now with 3 days left it’s crunch time!
which certification is in most demand or is expected to be?
what are the actual differences?
new construction.. ok
commercial interior… what is the expectation at a leed redo?
residential is the 3rd, yes? are people really willing to pay for a leed redo?

“Where can I get materials to study for this exam? I am a student and don't have the 400$ for the official reference manual”
