Nothing in the Water, Nothing in the Air, Nothing in the Ground.
Working on building a true Green Resort with food organically grown on site, self managed environmentally responsible waste management (sewage & gray water), no internal combustion engines of any sort & no smoking (worst planet damaging past time in history) and green created power.

Everyday I’m going to do something for this planet. I am a Save-the-planet-nerd, see me recycle.
we need to watch what were doing to this earth cut all the bs out and what you have is start recycling and all you rich people if we run out so do you. money can’t buy everything also the birth rate needs to go down so girls stop spreading your legs or just have protection.
I want to do every single day something to save the planet. Can be big, can be small… but I want to do something.
Who wouldn’t want to save the home they live in/on?
I think it is possible… I want my children to love it here as much as I do and not be burdened with trying to clean it up when we can be doing that NOW.
xx
I have a hard time sharing Al Gore’s optimism about how feasible this goal is, but I am committed to doing what I can. So far, that’s included
1) being vegan (in what I eat, wear, etc.) because I don’t want animals to suffer for my sake and because animal agriculture causes a lot of environmental damage;
2) supporting environmental groups, which so far include NRDC (they won the court case against the Navy on behalf of the whales!), Sierra Club, and The Nature Conservancy;
3) taking into consideration endorsements from the Sierra Club and Cascade Bicycle Club when I vote;
4) shopping for local/organic and less packaged foods at PCC; and
5) conserving more water (I still bathe, don’t worry).
I think I can continue to reduce the amount I pollute by
1) reducing use of the car (already down to just a couple times a week), such as inviting more people to pile into the car when going for hikes in the mountain;
2) using the spinach in the fridge before it goes bad;
3) not buying more things than I need;
4) writing an article in law review that will help conservation efforts for the Puget Sound (and using my legal studies for positive change); and
5) other steps I am not willing to take yet, like donating some of my vast wardrobe to charity. oh dear.
I’m going to see “The 11th Hour” this weekend—I’m so impressed that Leonardo DiCaprio’s working on this goal too.
my energy efficiency. Deepening my sympathy for the planet, and spreading the love as much as I can. I am saving the planet every day.
that maybe by practising compassion and giving what money I can to give water to people who dont have it, food to children who are starving, that maybe they will know compasssion at an early age and learn to appreciate it and pass it on to their children and when they become a strong nation through the lessons of suffering and compassion, maybe, they will save us.
