I blocked Eris and sewed in the zipper last night. I’m wearing it today and am quite pleased with the results.

I bought a zipper, but still haven’t blocked the sweater yet. Maybe this weekend…

I’ve finished knitting Eris, but still need to weave in the ends and block it before I sew in the zipper, which I have yet to purchase.

Last night I finished my lace trim bolero Vogue Knitting spring/summer 2005. I used Sirdar pure cotton and made a few adjustments, I knitted the sleeves longer, added 2 inches to the length of the body and pinned the middle together with a sparkly brooch for a better fit. It’s my first even wearable item of clothing, I enjoyed knitting it and although it could be made better I’m pretty happy with how it turned out.
