    It was a stop on a cruise and I really liked the area, but I got into an argument with my spouse while we were there and it kind of spoiled the whole “laid back and island time” atmosphere for me. I wanted to stroll, eat, and have a beer, and he wanted to rush around seeing everything on the whole island in two hours. I would still like to go back there and spend about a year getting to know the place and the people.

    And a very relaxing place, especially if you like sleazy bars. I’ve been there many times and loved it. Go for Fantasy Fest (on Halloween) – it’s somewhat like Mardi Gras.
