I want to do 100 push ups, but I want to do 100 push ups in one go. Like, continuous =)
Doing 100 in 10 sets of 10 is too easy haha. Anyway I’m doing it by doing http://thepushupchallenge.com You do pushups every other day for 60 days and supposedly you can do 100 CONTINUOUSLY by the end of it. I’m only on day 5 though so I don’t know whether I’ll make it haha.

I’ll be starting over on this and my situps this weekend by doing the test. I have to admit that when I do my pushups I do the “girly” kind, but in my book something is better than nothing right now. Maybe after this six week program I’ll start over doing standard pushups. We’ll see!

I just haven’t had time to update with my progress. I’ve hit a bit of a plateau in the pushups I can do. I went from 20 at a time up to 26 and now the progress is going slower. I’m still doing the exercise regimen 3x a week.

Today (Week 1 Day 2), I did 57 (90 sec gaps between sets).

I can do 35 on my fists before I go numb. But I’m trying to do as many pushups as I can, as many times I can, every day.
