How to make my own clothing

 "Building my sewing skills is an ongoing process, but I'm loving the journey..."
How I did it: I learnt through classes, stitch & bitch groups, sewing circles & watching my Nanna at her machine - but ultimately it took me just diving in there and having a go. Lessons & tips: Don't be scared you'll make mistakes, that the piece won't be perfect, that the seam will be crooked... of course all these will happen. That's how the learning process works... I love leather and bondage, lop-sided or A-line type outfits, black, purple, blue and pink…. black and purple mostly, PVC, Shiney, belts, fishnets, boots!!!! LOVE THE BOOTS!!! (New Rocks till the end!!!) metal, love metal…... I need a sewing machine…..

Men usually have better prints but are shapeless (who knew men don’t have curves, ha!)
So I joined the Craftster community for hints and tips and have already made a few shirts!
It’s fun and so exciting to be able to say, “I made that!”

I have been sewing since I was 5, but recently I stopped. The last real thing I made was a bridesmaid dress for my friend’s wedding.
I plan on breaking out the sewing machine once I get settled.

I’ve been burning up in my usual wear so I decided to make my own Victorian undergarments to wear this summer. I have everything I need, now I just need to make them.
