i spun the fire staff for the first time last night!
my arms are sore
and my hair still smells like smoke from the bonfire
and the sound of the flames spinning by
is still echoing in my ears…

So I rarely check in with my 36 things… not so good, I know… but I’m at least moving forward every time I do check in.
Latest news is that I’m learning to spin poi, taking an online course at www.templeofpoi.com which is way cool. Also working on connections with the fire community near me. I’m still a bit shy about that, but I’m seriously loving the art of poi—it just feels amazing.
