How I did it: When visiting New orleans with my best friend, we were wandering around the French Quarter trying to decide where to grab a bite of breakfast. We stubbled upoon a restraurant advertising alligator sausage for breakfast! We knew we had to give it a try! It was, without a doubt, the very best breakfast sausage I've ever eaten!!!!
Lessons & tips: New Orleans is a great place to "try something new." If you've never been - GO! NOW!

I had Crocodile/Alligator in a Naw’ins Pub, and it was wonderful!
Nothing like chicken.

It may have just been because it was in gumbo, but it tasted like salty, icky fish. I imagine it tastes more like carp than chicken.
