What z difference a year makes. I have changed my diet, lost 34 pounds and then added 6 to 8 lbs of mostly muscle back on. I feel great and even though I havent been to the gym in a while for weight training I excersize all day at work and have been so active in many varied ways (wake boarding, mountain biking, tennis, hiking, weights at home)
