get over my fear of bugs

I’d love to go trekking through the forest all carefree. But I’m too scared of bugs. I can brely even touch a picture of a bug (mainly caterpillars). I guess I could start “small” by playing with ants or ladybugs.

When I see a dead bug in my home I usually need to remove it- I do have a toddler! My fear is that when I get a tissue to pick up the carcass it will come back to life. (Maybe it was’nt quite dead in the first place.) My husband thinks I’m so silly and I need to get over it.

I have a new apartment. well new to me. the building is 35 years old. i moved in and in my first week ive seen over 100 ants! and my can of raid is almost empty. i cant live in this fear of these small creatures. but they bite so im pissed at em too.

for me to like bugs. OR even to not scream everytime I see one… SO I give up!!!

killed a spider! well maybe it wasnt a spider cuz it was flying. but it looked like one.

am i supposed to do this?
