and wrote down a bunch of to-do items. I didn’t tally the checkmarks, though. Maybe I’ll do the assessment again in a month or so.

it’s impossible to “finish” my work to-do list, but I did make a lot of progress last week that was motivated by this goal. I’m having a little more trouble being motivated this morning.

One of the tasks I’ve set myself is to “be more interested and productive at work.” For that reason…
I am going to see whether I can zero out my to-do list at work by the end of this week. I think this is an obvious step toward being more engaged in my work because, rather than feeling behind in my work, I’ll have control over what I do next.
Now, let’s see if I can do it, considering I’ve already squandered about half of Monday and I have Friday off. Please cheer me on!

It’s always good to come back here and see what’s changed over the past few months. I finally saw a dentist! Here’s an updated list:
Maintain my routines
* Clean out and wash my car
* Set up a hard-drive backup routine
* Get better about flossing routine
* Get back into exercising
Other tasks
* Work out a better lighting situation for the bedroom
* Update my music collection and play music more often
* Keep getting rid of stuff
* Stop gossiping (according to my definition)
* Be more interested and productive at work
* Talk to Dr. about cholesterol
* Inventory possessions for insurance
My score is 32, being stringent in my judgement. It hurts to have a low score but it gives me a lot to improve upon and when I mark it done I want it really to be optimal. I’m personally going to keep track of my progress towards each goal.

And gave myself a 93/100. Honestly, I have taken care of a lot of issues over the past two weeks.

I tallied up the checklist again, and got a score of 79/100 (same as last time.) I know I’ve checked off some boxes I didn’t last time, which means I have “unchecked” some boxes to come out even. I think I am grading myself a little more harshly in certain areas, because I have recently been feeling kind of depressed about an internal conflict.

Obtained today over the phone from the same company that provides my auto insurance. Very easy.

Recently, I’ve seen some goals related to the Clean Sweep Program at betterme.org. I don’t feel I need to be able to check off every single box, but it seems like a good framework for further improving certain aspects of my life. Improvement will be tough, since my life is already going pretty darn well, thanks in large part to 43T and the goals I’ve completed here. Even grading myself as harshly as possible, I still got 79/100 on the checklist.
Here’s a list of things I want to do, which the Clean Sweep checklist has reminded me of:
