How I did it: online mini course, it will do for now, perhaps i will look more into it when i am more settled in life, but if anyone is interested the site is cloudwater.com and you can do a chi fusion mini course for free, just to get the feel of it

The guy would just do the first move over and over and over OMG!!
by the time he got to the second move I was very nauseous and I had to lay down.( it was not the tai chi I did not feel very well to day :(
I will take another class later but I want to do the whole thing!!!
Maybe I’ll wear my top that reads “impatient” LOL!

This is a goal well worth it for many reasons. Tai Chi can assist your mental and physical health. It is a gentle and relaxing way of both focussing your mind and working your body. Plus it is a social activity that will allow you to interact with interesting people who are looking to expand their world. Find a group and start ASAP!
