How I did it: I used up all of the cheers I had every day. In the beginning I think I cheered some people who weren't active anymore, so I tried to cheer people with recent activity. How I did it: Every morning I got on and used all my cheers and then once more before I left work. Sometimes I cheered just to cheer, but most times I only cheered goals I really liked or really thought that someone should follow through with!! How I did it: Similar to Jenuine, this was one of the first goals I found when I came on board with 43T and after receiving a few cheers from people, I knew that I had to adopt this goal.
