in very controlled doses, solar radiation is potentially beneficial. one must however consider total exposure in terms of:
1 time
2 individual skin tone
3 time of day
4 in what part(s) of the world
5 personal heat tolerance to prevent other complications
also, it makes a big difference what time of day it occurs. during summer months
ultraviolet is highest between the hours of 10am – 4pm
u definitely want to avoid being outside at those times if possible.

So beautiful outside. The trees are budding this awesome bright light green and the bark is so chocolatey brown.
My bud and I walked on the beach a little and I got to stretch on the wall.
I grew up on a farm. You know, with grass and trees and stuff. And then I lived in a couple of places that were pretty green, like Austin. Dallas? Not so much. Especially downtown, where I live. In the middle of all of the skyscrapers. I wish I knew of a good park in Dallas.
