my sister and i have made soy tacos and salad twice since saturday. i’ve also been making sandwiches with lots of veggies.
on monday i made Uber Healthy Banana Cookies. the ingredients were bananas, oats, vegetable oil and vanilla extract.
i’m going to make a chart for meal planning so my sister and i can plan ahead and eat healthier.

I pass the farmers market at the AG center everyday, I should shop there more often, the veggies are great in the summer and much cheaper

I realize now that I should always go to the fresh food section first and shop when I am energetic. I only have to have willpower while I’m in the store. After that, I cook with what I have.
Also, the more I run, the more I crave good, juicy foods. When I am jetlagged, or somehow overdone, I fall off the fruit and veggie truck. Each time, though, it is easier and faster to get back on.
