Begin by making a decision that when the fantasies arise, you’ll interrupt them. You may have to do that again and again—perhaps every morning when you wake up. Remind yourself that you don’t want to go down the road of fantasy. Explain to yourself that they distract you and ultimately cause suffering. Then, each time one comes up, imagine yourself offering it to a fire in your heart. Just keep offering your thoughts to the internal fire again and again. One of the most powerful driving force to success is the self discipline. Without the power to control our minds and focus it to one goal, one can easily go astray. Like me, that my lack of self discipline and concentration in doing and finishing one task is really getting the best of my life.

This remembered me that I need to flare up again my spirit!

One thing I know that I need to work on is being more consistant.
I want to regularly exercise, meditate, eat and go to sleep at a consistant time. Sometimes I go through a period of when I do a really great job, like consistantly in one week, but then I lose it.

Vida pessoal:
1 Responsabilizar-se por voce. Responsabilize-se pelas metas adotando uma atitude.
2 Verifique suas prioridades. Saber onde esta indo – senao, o caminho tomado e onde voce chegar nao terao importancia. Verificar periodicamente ajuda a manter-se concentrada.
3 Comece aos poucos. Ignore outras areas enquanto comeca a administrar uma delas. Comecar uma tarefa encoraja a realizar outras e mesmo a completa-la.
4 Receba recompensas apos realizar um trabalho dificil.

Trabalho:
1 Estabeleca um exemplo (seja o diretor, supervisor direto, o exemplo para os funcionarios).
2 Concentre-se em objetivos especificos. A chave para a disciplina e ser capaz de esperar sua gratificacao do presente, para o futuro. A melhor gratificacao vem quando voce atinge seus objetivos.
3 Identifique as atividades que desperdicam seu tempo. Exemplos: quando retornar ligacoes, quando fazer ligacoes), distrair-se de visitantes, cafe, etc.) e participar de reunioes mal-organizadas e improdutivas. Alem disso, busque maneiras de reduzir a quantidade de documentos com que trabalha.
4 Trabalhe de maneira inteligente. Algumas estrategias para trabalhar de maneira inteligente incluem: fazer planos com antecedencia; organizar projetos em segmentos gerenciaveis; programar tarefas difi­ceis em momentos de pico de desempenho.
