    Now How Do I Pay For It 20 months ago

    I have been building this list of the best place to live and work and being near a beach is top on the list. My criteria is:

    - Near a beach
    - Warm climate (no Pacific Northwest beaches!)
    - Near a university where I can hopefully find a job and work on my masters
    - Somewhere I can afford (Malibu is obviously out)

    Now I just need to figure out where on the globe this place is located, so I can move there. Kailua Beach on Oahu is my favorite with the colleges in Honolulu close by, but housing is way too expensive. I am note sure I could live on an island for long. All suggestions and ideas are appreciated.
