I used to eat late at night all the time, but managed to stop and stay stopped for years. Now I’m feeling more and more stressed out, which means I get to sleep later, which means I get hungry before I go to bed. Also, feeling stressed out makes me want to eat more often.
Long story short, no more eating after 9 pm. This is one of the first steps for me to lose a little unwanted weight I’ve gained recently.
It’s kind of a game now, I work fine at it for like five days then don’t realize what time it is then have to adjust the goal for that night from 9 to 9:15 (I had an apple two days ago :( ) Oh well, I’m going to do this! I’m going to do this well!

Well, last night was my first shot at this… It wasn’t too bad for the first time, but my stomach grumbled me to sleep, I can tell I’m not used to this. Wish me good luck in continuing!!
i am having slight trouble getting this under control. ok, so 9pm is fine, but 8 or even 7 would be so much better. i need a plan to lower my time.
this goal is actually starting to get easier. whew! I can visualize bumping my time down to 8:00 soon. sweet. I don’t know HOW soon exactly, but soon.
I have been doing pretty well. There only have been a few occasions where I ate past 9, but for the most part it is getting easier. I think it is also helping me be more aware of WHAT I am eating in the evenings. Last night I was in the middle of getting some food in my belly (cuz I hadn’t eaten) and it helped to think about what time it was. Instead of having two servings of starch, I had two servings of fruit. Sweet, dude.
last night I did not eat after 9. as soon as I can do this for (enter time period here), I will lower my time to 8:00.
but for now, stopping at 9:00 would be fantastic.
