I don’t have access to the books, I’m not going to buy them, and I don’t have the time to play. Or people to play with.
I haven’t played D&D since I was 16. My character was a half-elf ranger named Mri’fa, who had a loveable scamp of a raccoon named Alora. Once, a wolf was attacking Mri’fa and Alora jumped on the wolf’s face and blinded it! Ha ha ha!
Another time I, I mean Mri’fa, found some sort of spell or scroll or something that allowed Mri’fa to understand what Alora was saying. Apparently raccoons talk a lot about being hungry and bored.
Uh. Anyway. That was second edition rules, and I don’t remember them anyway, so I might as well just skip that and get with the times.
