I have several websites that I have created and maintained, all of which are currently either personal or fan related.
My “main” website, Digital Siren, is by far the website I love the most and the one I have set my goals the highest for. It includes personal information, photographs, artwork, and an online journal. I also once had my writings and poetry available on Digital Siren, as well, but I took them down since they were outdated. I may post some of my newer writings, eventually.
My other websites are all “fansites”, most of which are anime or manga related. The first among these is my “anime/manga collective”, The Kaiousei Network, which consists of general information on anime and manga, reviews, and fansites focusing on specific series or characters.
The next website, MichiruKaiou.com, is affiliated with The Kaiousei Network, but it is a separate project. It is personal website, but it only focuses on anime and manga related projects. It is a place for my fanart, fanfiction, music videos, and other anime and manga fan creations. I will probably also eventually add information about my original projects (manga-inspired comics).
The last is a fansite dedicated to the Australian television series, Ocean Girl, called Ocean Girl TV. (Yes, a rather creative title, isn’t it?) It was my favourite television show throughout my pre-teen and teen years, and it is still one of my favourites. Most of the fansites dedicated to the television series are no longer available online, and very few still exist. I feel that the show deserves at least one good website with a large resource of information and media, so I have made that one of my goals.
My websites are each very large and time-consuming projects, but I adore them and I can’t imagine not having them. I will never be completely finished working on them, but there is a lot mentioned above that I still have yet to complete. I would like to complete what I have mentioned, and then add on to it from there.
