since I added this goal, I’ve done nothing but gorge my fat face. What’s worse is I’ve spent all the money we had doing it, even the shopping money. There is something very wrong here.
How I did it: i got myself a personal trainer for 7 sessions who i saw 3x week 1, 2x week 2 and 1x for weeks 3 and 4 to get me on track. i was at the gym 4-6 times per week, doing cardio every day and weights every other. i bought a ton of 'lean cuisine' type microwavable meals and made slight adjustments to my diet (ie non-fat/no-whip for my beloved starbucks white mochas).
Lessons & tips: get a trainer for at least 3-4 sessions to get you into a proper routine! if you can't afford it go with an experienced buddy who will motivate you!

So now what do I do? Junk is my reward, it keeps me going,is my comforter and companion. What the hell do I do now????? I am actually feeling panic stricken! <:O

I’m hoping to do this by mid Jan. It’ll mean being very strict with myself (which I’m hopeless at!) but I do have an incentive. I do, however, wish I’d started this earlier. One of my major faults is I can rarely see further than the end of my nose.
This is going to be interesting to say the least as I currently view junk food as pretty much my only pleasure in life. Sad.
Start weight:182 lbs (or it was last time I checked a couple of days ago. The bloody battery in my scales has run out.)

-more active/pick up new hobbies (tennis, racquetball)

I dropped from my HW of 150 to 130. Ideally I have another 20 to go, to get to 110. I know that I can do it!

Eat healthier and actually exercise regularly so I can get back in shape and feel content with myself
A pound or two weight loss a week would suit me fine and a loss of 20lbs would take me to my ideal weight.

in the last two years, i’ve put on over 28lbs…which is a bit scary!
so far i’ve lost about 7lbs…but i want to lose another 20ish, just so i’m comfortable!
It is so inspirational knowing there alot more ppl out there with the same goal. Makes me realise that if all you can do it, certainmy i could?!
So it’s day one of the new goal. On my way to bigger and better things!!
Well…... my aim to lose 20lbs by September, HOLIDAY!!!
