ok I need to do this my journey starts tomorrow monday the 18th tomorrow im starting a super cleanse I know I will lose alot of weight on this but this is actually just to kick start my diet I will do this for 2 weeks then I will just eat healthy and workout. there is no I will try to lose 20lbs I WILL!!! and it starts tomorrow!!

well i think i’m still around 155 maybe 154 or so.

it’s hard to tell b/c the scale now reads at 0 to start and says i’m 154ish.. so.. we’ll see for sure in september when i buy a working scale

but so far so good! go me!

i seem to lose like 5lbs and then put 2 on and it goes on like that! but today is my 20th b’day (it sounds rather scary) and things will have to change. i need to get below 140lbs first! i keep hovering at 141!
i went shopping for a dress last week and i actually managed to fit into a size 6 (US 2). i have never ever done that before. i was so happy. but i know it will look so much better if i lose 2 stone. 8 stone would be amazing, though i’d then be underweight. but meh.
fingers crossed that my 20th year is the year! x

ok. so the scale i’m using right now is wayyy off.. but it appears that i’ve lost 5 or so pounds - not sure how the hell that happened so quickly - but i’m guessing it has something to do with staying with my parents for the month and not knowing how the hell to cook any of the asian food in the fridge/freezer.. therefore eating less. hehe.. ok.

now: mini goal for the month. keep the 5 lbs off.

I need to stop gaining and losing the same 20lbs and actually stick with it. I’d like to get down to 9 stone and stay there for a little while and then perhaps down to 8 and a half. Then who knows!
This yo-yo dieting has been going on for too long.

Not much progress in weight, but I’m deffinetely slimmer, I had to get pants for graduaution and it was hard to find a smaller size than I usually wore!

I still got my flab from giving birth in 2007. 20lbs will get me to a descent size and not sickingly skinny.
