Wish Trauma_Junkie a Year-Of-Me Birthday June 13

Yoiks, I haven’t been on 43T in over a week!

Late as this is… Happy Birthday, TJ!! I wish you love, joy, energy, mileage, ripped abs, a bra actually made in your size, balance, and…just enough imbalance to keep you on your toes.

Well I sent TJ a postcard wishing her a happy birthday while I was travelling, since I didn’t have net access on the road. Still that’s not the same as doing it here especially since I created this goal for her. Here’s my birthday wishes for her for the coming year:

May she continue to find the motivation and stamina to increase her energy level and decrease her time on her runs as she adds more mileage and becomes a better runner. May she continue to increase her water intake and decrease her sugar intake as she learns to eat for performance. And may she find that the reality exceeds the virtual when she does take that next step toward falling in love.

Wishing you the brightest and funkless Year-of-me with lots of mileage, travel, performance, hardy and beautiful houseplants, dog-training, and in-love-falling ;)
