I’m hope the fact it’s going down means, not that I’m not trying as hard, but that I’m taking it a bit steadier – which is more healthy.

No matter what time I go to bed, I wake up very tired, and this is only better if, like today, I have a day off and I can wake up when I want. At the moment I’m having at least ten hours sleep each night, yet still sluggish – what’s up with that? I’m starting to get concerned.

I haven’t started this yet, I’ve been feeling very lethargic and drained recently. I used to lift weights (I’m only talking about dumbbells, not proper weights) every day when I woke up and when I went to bed with no trouble. But now, every time I simply look in their direction, I sigh and think ‘I’ll start next week’. I’ve first got to get my energy back on track, this is crazy.

It’s quite simple, I just let this one slip when I was feeling run down with a job, and never went back to it. But I will, just have to write down times and numbers, it’s easier to keep to if you write it down, then have something to tick off when you’re done :) Once a day is good, with different types of lifting, to stimulate different areas of the body.
jenni is awesome.
i’ve been working my arms a lot. my right arm was really weak after the neck injury, but the strength has come back a lot. i’m amazed at how quickly all of that returns.
