Sorry its not you, its me! ! ! 2 months ago

well except for once in awhile…chocolate is good for your heart and soul and keeps you young! or at least thats the way I feel about it…so never eliminate completly just save for really special moment. I ate too much chocolate last week with valentines day there was chocolate everywhere! Thats why this weeks goal is necessary especially with easter eggs just around the corner.
Update: now we are at. no processed meats, no cheese, limit bread, rice, pasta and potatos, now the sweets. I must say I do feel better and not hungry because im filling up on healthier options. THis is not new to me…I used to eat clean so Im just repositioning. I can feel the difference in my clothes a little looser…not that Ive lost weight its just shifting. I want to keep the killer curves! 3 months ago

Rice one time per week.
so on the carb front that means
Pasta 1 time per month
potato 2 times per month ( once bi-weekly)
Rice brown 1 time per week.
Bread 2 slices one time per week.
total carb intake per month: 11 days per month.
this is doable. The remainder of the time I will eat small amounts of oats, quinoa, and rice cakes to get me through until another month when I eliminate more! 3 months ago

I love this goal and its doable. My only advise is ask questions! I did go out for dinner one night this week and thinking I was making the healthy choice by ordering the Quiche and salad…(yes I asked for the dressing Meg Ryan-Sally style on the side that wasnt the problem) I should have asked what was in the quiche…it was good but it came with cheese melted on top and ham in it! Yummy for me…at least I learned a lesson to ask! From now on i dont want to leave my waistlines fait in some greek cooks hands. Its mine! Okay back to the weekly goals so far I have eliminated processed meats and all cheese. This week Im going to introduce something new…DULCE! Its a seaweed…chock full of god stuff like iodine, so while I eliminate the bad…I need to welcome good.! : ) 3 months ago
