I went to game 5 of the NBA Finals. Bulls vs Jazz. It was absolutely amazing. I attended Michael Jordan’s last home game as a Chicago Bull in the United Center. The Bulls lost that game and went on to win in Utah, Jordan made the final shot to win the game. It cost a boat load but I will never forget the experience!
How to go to the NBA Finals
How I did it: Back in June 2006, I logged onto mavs.com and tried buying tickets to Game One of the NBA Finals the second they went on sale. They actually sell tickets using the Ticketmaster system. I got in and tried to get two seats. Nothing. So I switched it to one seat, and I got something back. I bought it for 75 bucks. I went to the game even though I could have sold my ticket for 750 dollars on stubhub (that's what seats in my section were going for). I was on the edge of an overhang on the upper level. A luxury suite was just to my left, and at one point in the game, I turned and saw Bill Russell sitting not more than 20 feet from me. The Mavs won that game 90-80, but Miami won the series...
