Ok – my dad’s scales are NOT 5 or 6 pounds heavier than my mother’s. I was in a total state of denail. I weighed 140 pounds. I couldn’t believe it. How did I get to that weight? I have since dropped about 6 or 7 pounds and 8 stone 10 is the equivalent of 122 – actually I think 124 is perfect.
So now I am 133 I need to lose another 9 pounds. The first bit was easy and took me literally 2 weeks – I stopped drinking, only eat good stuff and have been having a diet of under 1400 calories a day. So it has literally fallen off. On top of that I have been walking between 2 and 3 miles a day, so I am getting there. But I still have a ways to go. I have cellulite on my thighs and my stomach. It’s disgusting.
