I challenged myself to run a 4 mile run on Thanksgiving, so I had to start training. I started last Thursday and have ran 3 times, and I’m going again tomorrow. This week I’m also going to start some sort of cross-training, probably pilates. Which I hope will also help me improve my posture.

This morning, I tried Jazzercise. I happened to know the instructor. It was pretty silly. I didn’t think it was a very big workout for me and I didn’t think she was a good instructor. I have decided I want to try a Zumba class, and as soon as I know when I’m working next week, I’ll try to fit it in.
I also think I will try doing some stuff on the Wii Fit. It really is supposed to be good…well it’s popular at least.
I’m thinking dancing. I’m currently looking for a class that I want to take. I’ll let you know how it goes!
I bought myself a card deck on yoga and I’ve enjoyed customizing little workouts a couple times a week. So, at least I’ve got the flexibility down now. I may try to find a one day a week class that I actually like. I just don’t like a lot of the spiritual stuff they talk about in the classes.
i want to find an excercise routine that will keep me going in the new year. going to the gym just bores me!
I’m taking a dance class this semester. We dance twice a week for a total of 3 hours. Bharata Natyam. It will be very fun and great exercise!
I was playing Ultimate Frisbee once a week for the past 7 weeks. It’s not a lot, but it counts somewhat. That finished this week though. That’s kinda good because it was getting so cold out.
I didn’t think it was possible, but I’m getting even worse. I don’t even walk to class anymore! Granted it is 100 degrees outside, but yea.
I just want to get fit, I’m not even interested in losing weight. Sigh. Summer school all the time doesn’t help either.
