Our family just moved into a new home, so I’m taking a bit of a break until I get everything unpacked and put where I want it. I estimate that I will have that done by the end of this week. Once that’s done, I will be out the door and using the holidays to my advantage. I want to be a Red Jacket by the end of November, and a Sales Director by the end of March. Wish me luck ladies, and keep me in your thoughts and prayers.
My goal is to finish DIQ by October 31, 2006…WHEW!!! I believe I’m going to do it, I just don’t know how yet!!!! I guess it’s going to be through a LOT of prayer!
I have just recruited my 8th team member. I found out today that one of my recruits is quitting before she gets started, so I have 2 days to replace her…But I know it can be done and I KNOW that I CAN DO IT!!!
Becoming a Director in Mary Kay is a lot of work, but it is SO worth it! Just do it the right way and work your business SMART, not hard! Focus on CLASSES and the recruits will come. The classes funnel creates the recruiting funnel!!! A minimum of 3 classes a week is needed to do this, so get your datebook FILLED!!!
I bless the Lord and the people He brought into my life to help me achieve this goal! Its kind of scary but exciting at the same time!
Hi! I’m Zaida from Finland. I have been working with Mary Kay since 1999. I know this is the best business woman can have, and now i want to necome a Mary Kay Sales Director.
I have growing my Mary Kay business for 8 years. 2 years ago I decided to become a Sales Director. It wasn’t always easy. It was alot of SHORT TERM sprinting to meet the LONG TERM goal.
Now I’m home full time with our baby. I just earned our second free car. We are NOT IN DEBT! And our life is peaceful and fufilling.
And I just got back from my very first Leadership conference. It was very hard work, but I did it! You can too! With perseverence and commitment!
